Yota Kitty is an independent kawaii store inspired by cute, girly and cozy aesthetics.

Yota Kitty offers free worldwide shipping on all orders.
Free shipping usually takes 15 to 20 business days from order to delivery.
We also offer Express Shipping for €7.99, which reduces the estimated delivery time to 10 to 15 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country, carrier, customs processing, supplier availability, local postal services or external circumstances beyond our control.
Yota Kitty is not responsible for delays caused by customs, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, local postal issues or events outside our control.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local fees that may apply depending on their country of delivery. These charges are not controlled by Yota Kitty and are not included unless clearly stated at checkout.
8. Returns and refunds

Customers may request a return within 14 days after receiving their order, provided that the item meets our return conditions.
