Refund policy

At Yota Kitty, we want every customer to be satisfied with their order. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.

1. Right of withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at hellokittyota@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

2. Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn and unwashed
  • In its original condition
  • In its original packaging where possible
  • Returned with all accessories, tags and packaging included

For hygiene reasons, underwear, intimate items and opened personal-use products cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged or incorrect.

3. Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer.

However, if the item received is defective, damaged or incorrect, return costs may be covered by Yota Kitty after review of your request.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return shipping.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your bank account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at hellokittyota@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue
  • A photo of the packaging if the package arrived damaged

Our team will review your request and offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement, refund or store credit.

6. Order cancellations and modifications

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us quickly at hellokittyota@gmail.com with your order number.

Orders can only be cancelled or modified before they are processed and shipped.

Once your order has been shipped, we can no longer cancel or modify it.

7. Shipping information

Yota Kitty offers free worldwide shipping on all orders.

Free shipping usually takes 15 to 20 business days from order to delivery.

We also offer Express Shipping for €7.99, which reduces the estimated delivery time to 10 to 15 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package until delivery.

8. Payment security

Yota Kitty accepts secure online payments, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, Klarna, Bancontact, Blik, Cartes Bancaires and EPS.

Your payment information is protected and encrypted. Yota Kitty never stores your bank details.
