Short answer: yes. Our Hello Kitty clogs run true to standard EU sizing. If you normally wear a 38, order a 38. If you are between two sizes, size up.
How our clogs are sized
Yota Kitty clogs are made from lightweight EVA foam and come in EU sizes 36 to 41. There is no half-size option, which is why the between-sizes rule matters.

What if I am between two sizes?
Size up. EVA foam does not stretch the way leather or canvas does, so a tight clog stays tight. A slightly roomy clog is comfortable; a slightly small one is not.
Do they loosen over time?
Barely. EVA foam softens a little with body heat and repeated wear, but it does not stretch permanently. Expect the fit you have on day one to be roughly the fit you have on day fifty.
Can I wear them with socks?
Yes, and many people do. If you plan to wear thick socks regularly, size up. With thin socks or bare feet, your usual size is right.
How do I measure my foot?
Stand on a sheet of paper with your heel against a wall. Mark the tip of your longest toe, then measure from the wall to the mark in centimetres. Compare that number to the foot length column above. Measure in the evening, when feet are at their largest.
